বৃহস্পতিবার ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (ডিএসই) ওয়েবসাইটে নতুন একটি কোম্পানিতে বিনিয়োগের কথা জানিয়েছে জেনেক্স ইনফোসিস। আইটি খাতের কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে, তারা জেনেক্স ইনফ্রাস্ট্রাকচার লিমিটেড নামে একটি নতুন কোম্পানিতে বিনিয়োগ করবে, যেটির ৭৫ শতাংশের মালিকানা থাকবে তাদের।জেনেক্স ইনফ্রাস্ট্রাকচারের পরিশোধিত মূলধন হবে এক কোটি টাকা। এটি টেলিকম খাতে অবকাঠামোগত সেবা দেবে।

রেডডট ডিজিটালের সঙ্গে চুক্তি করেছে জেনেক্স ইনফোসিস

দেশের দ্বিতীয় বৃহত্তম মোবাইল অপারেটর রবি আজিয়াটা লিমিটেডের সহযোগী প্রতিষ্ঠান রেডডট ডিজিটাল লিমিটেডের সঙ্গে একটি চুক্তি করতে চলেছে পুঁজিবাজারে তালিকাভুক্ত কোম্পানি জেনেক্স ইনফোসিস লিমিটেড। কোম্পানিটির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ‘স্ট্র্যাটেজিক বিজনেস এগ্রিমেন্ট’ শীর্ষক এ চুক্তির বিষয়ে অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (ডিএসই) সূত্রে এ তথ্য জানা গেছে।

এই চুক্তি অনুযায়ী, ইন্টারনেট প্রটোকল টেলিভিশন (আইপিটিভি) ও অনলাইন স্ট্রিমিং প্লাটফর্মের সমন্বয়ে ‘বিঞ্জ’ নামে নামে একটি সেবা চালু করা হবে, যার মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকরা ডিজিটাল বিনোদনের কনটেন্ট কিনতে পারবেন। বিঞ্জ হবে দেশের প্রথম গুগল-সার্টিফায়েড অনলাইন ভিডিও স্ট্রিমিং সার্ভিস। যেকোনো অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অপারেটিং সিস্টেম চালিত ডিভাইসে এটি ব্যবহার করা যাবে। বিঞ্জ ডেভেলপ করেছে জেনেক্স ইনফোসিস।

Genex attended "Tech job fair" held for differently-abled people

Genex Infosys, a renowned business process outsourcing company of the country, collected curriculum vita of job aspirants in the fair and called them to sit for interview. Genex Infosys generates highest turnover

Ten most traded companies accounted for 27 per cent transactions on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Thursday, with Genex Infosys Ltd. dominating the turnover chart. Market analysts said investors continued to show their appetite for Genex Infosys shares ahead of its annual general meeting scheduled for December 24. The IT company's share price also soared 23 per cent or Tk 12.60 within one month since November 20. According to the DSE data, some 514,464 shares of Genex Infosys were traded, generating a turnover of 114 million, which was 4.22 per cent of the day's total turnover of Tk 2.76 billion....
